Picnic Ground Rentals

Park rental only includes:

• Open air pavilion with bar, walk-in, refrigerator, freezer, over, 45 picnic tables with benches and over 50 additional benches

• Open air stage on lawn area

• Lawn area

• Bathrooms

• Parking lots

• Three bocce courts -- bocce balls not included

Hall rental includes:

• All of the park rental amenities

• Over 45 indoor tables

• Over 400 folding chairs

• Hall that seats 400

• Indoor bar

Kitchen rental (add-on to hall rental option) includes:

• A full walk-in refrigerator

• Two large convection ovens

• Two six burner stoves

• One two burner stock pot cooker

• Ice machine with 600 lbs of ice

Rental costs include receipt of hall one day prior to event for set up and one half day after event for clean up.

All rentals include water, power and garbage.

Rentals do not include clean up.  All renters are required to clear entire rental areas.  Grounds are to be left exactly as renters find them.

Private Party Rental Rates:

• Park Rental:

  • Weekdays  $350.00 per day

  • Fridays and Weekends $500.00 per day

• Park and Hall Only Rental:

  • Weekdays $500.00 per day

  • Fridays and Weekends $600.00 per day

• Park, Hall and Kitchen:

  • Weekdays $600.00 per day

  • Fridays or Weekdays $750 per day.

Commercial Rates (this includes ground subletting).  Commercial applies, but is not limited to, anything that is not a private family type function.

• Entire Park $2,500.00

All rentals require a deposit equal to the amount of your rental for security and cleaning.  The Italian Benevolent Society reserves the right to keep any and all of a deposit for any damage incurred during rental or for party not cleaning to the satisfaction of the Society.

All renters are required to provide liability insurance for the duration of said rental in the amount of $500,000.  Some homeowner's policies offer this at not additional cost or a minimum charge.
